Stay Awhile Rentals was founded to address the growing need for quality, flexible housing in the Denver metro area. We specialize in furnished monthly rentals (1-12 months) that serve traveling healthcare professionals, corporate relocations, and anyone in transition.

We have deep expertise in the Denver and Aurora markets, with particular strength in properties near healthcare facilities. Many of our tenants are traveling nurses and medical professionals working at Aurora Medical Center, UCHealth Anschutz Medical Campus, and Denver Health.
We also serve corporate clients relocating employees, contract workers on project assignments, and individuals in life transitions who need temporary housing.
For Property Owners
We partner with property owners who want to maximize their rental income while minimizing the hassles of constant turnover. Monthly rentals offer higher monthly rates than traditional leases with significantly less turnover than short-term vacation rentals.

Meet Jess
I spent nearly a decade traveling for work—bouncing between hotel rooms, living out of suitcases, and searching for the energy to eat something healthy after long days. That experience taught me what traveling professionals truly need: not just a place to sleep, but a home base that supports them during transitions. That's why I founded Stay Awhile Properties.
At Stay Awhile, I'm building corporate housing that under-promises and over-delivers. Every element is intentional: blackout shades for night shift workers, fully-equipped kitchens for real meals, strategic locations near Denver's major hospitals and corporate centers, and a commitment to making 30-90 day stays feel like home.

The very first Stegosaurus bones were excavated right here in Denver in the mid-1870s! In 1982, the Stegosaurus officially became Colorado's state fossil. That's why Stella—our favorite stegosaurus—is your Stay Awhile adventure companion.
